• Refunds cover the product price; shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — including shipping.
