What is Luna Lab?
Luna Lab is a line of doctor-formulated, pre-dosed gut health protocols built to do what most supplements can't: actually solve the root issue. Every protocol combines clinically-backed ingredients at meaningful doses, packed for 30 days, so there's no measuring, no guesswork, and no half-measures.
Why was Luna Lab created?
We started Luna Lab because the supplement aisle was failing the people who needed it most. Endless bottles. Half-doses. Empty promises. Yes. Luna Lab is independently owned, which means we never have to compromise on sourcing or quality to meet outside growth targets. Every decision we make starts with the formula — not the spreadsheet.
Where are your products made?
All Luna Lab formulas are manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities in the United States, using ingredients sourced and traced back to their country of origin.
Who formulates your protocols?
Our protocols are advised on and co-created by licensed naturopathic physicians and functional medicine experts alongside our in-house team of formulators and clinical advisors.

What's the difference between your protocols?
- Herbal Cleanse Formula — a 30-day parasite cleanse built around 14 traditional cleansing herbs and a purity-tested chlorella binder.
- Microbiome Reset Formula — a complete 5R SIBO protocol targeting hydrogen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide overgrowth.

Why are your protocols pre-dosed?
A bottle forces you into one ingredient, one dose, one shot at solving a complex problem. Our pre-dosed packs aren't limited that way. Each protocol combines exactly the ingredients your gut needs — measured, packed, and ready for the next 30 days. No bottles to juggle. No pill boxes to pack. No guesswork.
Why 30 days?
Thirty days is the minimum window most experts agree is needed to meaningfully address the root cause of a gut imbalance — long enough to work, short enough to actually finish. Our protocols are built to deliver a complete reset in that window.
Can I take more than one protocol at a time?
We generally recommend completing one protocol fully before starting another, so you can clearly track how your body is responding. Many customers run protocols back-to-back — for example, a parasite cleanse followed by a gut lining reset.
How are your protocols different from other supplements?

Are your products third-party tested?
Our formulas are tested by ISO-17025 accredited third-party labs. The exception is our Herbal Detox Formula, which we source from a specialty manufacturer at the herbs' country of origin — they grow, process, and test every batch in-house. We chose this partner because the raw botanical quality is unmatched, and with anti-parasitic herbs, source and potency matter more than a third-party stamp. It costs us more to produce this way, and we think it's worth it.
Are your products FDA compliant?
Yes. All Luna Lab formulas are manufactured in facilities that meet every FDA safety and quality regulation.
Are your facilities cGMP certified?
Yes. We only partner with cGMP-certified facilities — the FDA's gold standard for pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
Every ingredient is sourced and traced back to its country of origin, for full transparency from farm to formula. We choose ingredients based on quality, traceability, and performance — not price or scale.
Are your products non-GMO and vegan?
Yes. All Luna Lab formulas are formulated without genetically modified ingredients and are made without animal-derived ingredients or by-products.
Can I take Luna Lab while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend taking any of our protocols while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen during pregnancy or lactation.
Can I take Luna Lab with prescription medications?
If you are taking prescription medications, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any Luna Lab protocol.
Are there side effects?
Luna Lab formulas are made with traditional, clinically-backed ingredients and are well tolerated by most people. Some customers report mild changes during the first week as their body adjusts. If you experience anything unexpected, discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider.
Taking Your Protocol
When should I take my pack each day?
Most protocols are taken once daily with a meal. Our SIBO Microbiome Reset Formula is taken twice daily (AM & PM) for steady-state effectiveness. Specific instructions are included with every order.
What if I miss a day?
Don't worry — just resume your protocol the next day. Do not double up on packs. Skipping a single day won't undo your progress.
Do I need to follow a special diet?
A healthy, whole-food diet will support your protocol, but no specific diet is required. We recommend reducing alcohol, refined sugar, and processed foods during your 30 days for the best results.
What should I expect during the protocol?
Most customers begin to notice changes within the first 1-2 weeks — less bloating, improved digestion, more consistent energy. The full 30-day protocol is designed to deliver a complete reset by the end of the cycle.
How often can I do a protocol?
Most customers run a Luna Lab protocol 2–3 times per year, depending on their goals and lifestyle. If you're unsure how often to repeat a specific protocol, reach out and we'll guide you.
Shipping, Subscriptions & Returns
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 6 business days. Every protocol is made to order — never pre-packed — so each pack leaves our facility as fresh as possible. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most international locations. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe to any Luna Lab protocol and save on every order. Your protocol is delivered automatically every 30 days, and you can cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime from your account.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts, no minimums, and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
What's your return policy?
Every first protocol is covered by our 30-Day Reset Guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email support@manalunalabs.com and we'll refund the product price — nothing to ship back. The guarantee covers your first protocol (or the first month of a bundle or subscription), one per household, for purchases made at lunalab.shop. Shipping, duties, and taxes aren't refundable. What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at support@manalunalabs.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right with a full refund — shipping included — or a replacement, your choice.
